Late for withdrawal bleed

Hi I’ve joined on here because I can’t find anywhere else to join im currently on Microgynon 30 and I usually take my pills until my body forces me into a bleed which usually happens Within 5/6 weeks however I’ve now been taking it for almost 3 months I’ve had no bleed or any signs of it happening, I’ve had mood swings and mild heartburn and nausea could I be pregnant? I don’t want to worry or panic myself and make the situation worse so any help would be appreciated thank you:)

Dearest OP, it's too difficult to speculate for any individual as these pills can work differently for everyone, but if you're not sure, just do a test.

And whatever the result MN is here to give you support if you need it.

Are you having your 7 day break from the pill? Without that break you won’t have a period.

If you are having the correct breaks and haven’t had a period, then I’d say definitely do a pregnancy test.

Please please please seek medical help. The internet isn't the best place to seek opinion s about medical conditions.

You should take your pill properly.
