We were pretty far down the road on divorce proceedings. I'd even applied for and received a court timetable for sorting out finances. But now we've decided to give it another go. But my solicitor, who filed the application for court, has decided that I'm not paying them enough and has abandoned me! Does anyone know how I can cancel the court process? Is there a form I need to submit or a more complicated process? Thank you! I've only got three weeks before the first court appearance and need to stop the whole thing quickly!
