And he’s so upset, doesn’t know what to do with his life without me etc. I don’t know how to handle the guilt of breaking up with him Sad he’s so lovely, we just weren’t right but I can’t stand the thought of him so upset. Help! Sad

Keep reminding yourself of the reasons why. Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. Go no contact, don't give any hope/mixed messages and look after yourself. Natural to feel bad but don't be sucked back in through guilt Flowers
