we only have a 2 seater and an armchair, and no spare room. And now frigging DS won't settle either.

i feel homicidal. one nights sleep- that's all i want!

No i have been there.

I have pinched, kicked Dh to wake him up, we now have a spare bed in the spare room.

he now goes straight to the spare room when he has been drinking when he is 10 times worse.

Hopefully you have has a good night sleep (what was left) if not wake him up and make him look after your ds while you have a layin.

he can take the cushions off the furiture and sleep on the floor.

And he needs to do this before you smother him.

3littlefrogs · 03/06/2007 08:23

Please get him to see his doctor - this is a serious health problem that needs to be investigated and treated.

PrettyCandles · 03/06/2007 08:29

Nope. me too. He claims I snore! Probably true, but I have an excuse: I'm permanently knackered. His only possible excuse is that he's male.

I got him an anti-snoring pillow (the sort that has a ridge at the bottom and a hollow in the middle, it's supposed to lift your neck to keep a clearer airway) and it worked for a few months, but the pillow was cheap and soon flattened out.

I poked DH in the eye last night because of his snoring! I was trying to gently prod him to turn over but got his eye instead - oops! Didn't bloody stop him though! Think it is just because his has a cold!

I wanted to smoother him yesterday night too! Don't know what to suggests, except it's separate beds for me and him tonight though!

Nimme · 03/06/2007 08:36

We have a spare bed ready for me to run to when I can't take it any more! He smokes and it's ALWAYS worse after drinking. I have resigned myself to having a spare bed!
