Hi Im just looking for some advice, how did you find housing when you left your Oh? I wouldn't get any help as I would get half our Mortgage which would only be about £25000. I only work pt atm and will only be able to for the next few years so would I be able to get a small mortgage or would I have to use the money to rent privately?
