The behaviour of these abusers is so similar. What we call them isn't really relevant. At my first meeting with Rape Crisis they said Narcissist. I didn't know what they were talking about.

Well done NPAK! It's taken me decades to get out of this, and it had to be his idea. Difficult situation here at the moment with boundaries and children. I have decri Nisi! Yip Yip! I am planning everything still and unlikely to be able to escape til next year due to £ but I am workng on it every day & that keeps me going. I've had therapy & support which has been bril, as has my doctor & a close friend who knows whats going on. well done to you for how far you,ve come xxx

Met so many men like this, the latest one I knew of was actually involved with a woman who was equally as toxic to the point where it was difficult to work out who was worse. As so many of these men are classically good looking, it does make me wonder what happens to them when their looks and charm fade.
