4 years ago, a friend assaulted me physically and emotionally only to gain public attention and also lied to people that i am a bad person...... Now after going on our own ways, i am still struggling in coping with it........ My focus is completely shaken...... I can't concentrate on my studies. That humiliation is eating me. Meditation, exercise nothing is working. Since i am from small town.,counseling service is not here........... People around me are calling me psycho......... Any advice on how to cure this

It sounds like some kind of PTSD to be honest. You need CBT or similar to cope. There may be a charity that can help you access counselling. Hopefully someone else will be able to advise.

You definitely do need some professional help. Your confidence has been sorely knocked but don't let it define you.

Then you have to turn and face them. Hard as that is, it's not as hard as running away from the feelings.

Trust me on this! Turning and facing your feelings is infinitely easier than trying to get away from them.

There may not be a counsellor based in your small town (which sounds more like a village) but is there something stopping you from accessing counselling in the nearest location?
