Anyone have a relationship where they choose to live apart during the week?

Split from dh a couple of months ago, we get on each others nerves when we live together. so decided to maybe live apart during the week, he will stay at his mums.
Is this mad? we get on really well at weekends when we see each other.

No, dont think it's mad. If you both get on better this way, it might just help & stop a total split altogether.

Yes, its my idea! my dh is not even sure he wants to come back at weekends as i was really horrible towards him. If i can get him to agree to coming back at weekends to stay then i think all will be well.
my family think im nuts, but i love my own space!

Well it's a step in the right direction.

I split with xp a while ago now, we live 10 mins away from each other and get on so well. Better than when we were together, & we are going on holiday together with dd for 2 weeks. Something we never did when we were a couple. Go figure!!!

But the sad fact is I dont wanna go back to him, but he wants me back.

i just dont even know if he ll agree to it, as he said i treat him so badly. it just seems so nice at weekends together (he doesnt stay over yet though) and i see why i fell for him all over again. i did try to set him up with one of my friends as i thought we were going nowhere, and this really hurt him badly, he says.
And now i know there are 3 girls interested in him now they know he is single, it makes me want him back!!
