What's the most effective but least body intrusive contraception in your opinion?

Condoms

Condoms are the least intrusive and relatively effective with careful use.

Personally, I’ve never been on any hormonal BC and never would, and I have the five-year copper IUD. No hormones, highly effective and no remembering to take anything. Once it’s removed, I’ll return to full fertility whenever I choose.

It’s definitely intrusive though - painful and unpleasant insertion was a definite downside!
