Divorce

Going through a divorce at the moment, my ex husband has logged into my facebook account without my knowledge or consent and took a screen shot of a conversation is this admissable in court and even legal? His solicitor has told my solicitor to ask me to change my password asap that is how it has come to light.

Did you give him the password or did he guess it? Giving implies constant I believe. If he guessed I'd presume no. And then it depends on what he's screenshot. If it's about you deliberately lying to the court etc then it would be relevant. If it's just you snagging him off then the court won't care. Your lawyer would know.
