Feeling rather empty and upset this morning after a very emotional argument with OH last night and I know he is feeling the same. I don't want to go in to detail but we have a very happy relationship other a few key issues that is causing us problems. I was just wondering if relationship counselling has worked for any couples? Thank you and please be sensitive I'm feeling very fragile today 😔

And did anyone start with solo therapy or a mixture of solo and couples? The issues we both have are internal issues we had before we were even together that are now causing problems and arguments

Go solo first. Sort out your internal 'personal' issues individually. Then come back together to discuss the relationship going forward and if necessary introduce couples counselling.
I'm a believer that if both partners are happy individually then they can be together happily. There is no pressure on one or the other partner to make the other happy.

Thank you for your reply. I am going to message someone today, I've had the page open in browser for months. Think today is the best time to go for it. Again thank you Star
