We dated a few years ago but it didn't work out. It was more friendship based than romantic but recently he wanted us to start seeing each other again.

I'd recently got out of hospital and quite weak when a few days later had to get my beautiful little black cat put to sleep. It was less than an hour after PTS and I was sitting back at home with her wrapped up in a towel on my lap when he said I'd 'made it up'. I got really angry (28 June). He apologised furiously afterwards then he went and did it again last night. Very embarrassingly as a grown woman my mother called him to tell him off.

This is really mean and cruel though isn't it? He could phone the vets and check if he had any doubts.

No we won't get back together now. This isn't normal though, is it?

Why are you even letting his words into your hearing zone?
