Hormones driving me nuts

Hi all, I have a 6 month old daughter and my hormones are all over the place, I'm sad, emotional one moment, then I'm snappy, just wondered if any other mums are feeling like this

I think you need to speak to your gp as it could be depression.

Keto low carb diet is great for hormones if it is that.
