CAFCASS case worker complaints

Hi, can anyone advise who/what the OMBUDSMAN process entails when making complaints about the above as I would like my case reviewed by them.
I had to laugh when OFSTED gave them full marks for there work - absolute idiots in my opinion.
Am fighting an uphill struggle and need all the help I can get.

Not sure what happened after my case but my barrister ripped my cafcass worker to bits on the stand after he admitted lying. Have you spoken to a solicitor?

I'm LiP as I cannot afford a solicitor - I am getting nowhere fast.

You won’t get anywhere making a complaint about crapcas.

If you really want to bang your head against a brick wall, there’s a process for asking for a review of their work, if I remember correctly. I think it’s on their website. But it’s internal and I wish you the best of British in getting anywhere with it.

Aprilshould - I would stake quite a lot of money on the answer being “nothing.” My barrister did similar and the three coffin dodgers on the bench were falling over themselves to praise the (very recently ex-social worker and you could tell) woman’s work and made a point of writing into their judgement how great she’d been.
