Everyone’s been here, it’s just easier to stay in it. The thing that always surprises me is how much better life is afterwards when you didn’t want to say it because you could only imagine how much worse things would be. Say it out loud somewhere then do what you need to to stop you’re self going back to it. In a few months you won’t even think about it anymore
