Feeling down and heads all over. Dp ended it last Sunday. To add insult to injury, hensent a what's app saying he was going to ask me to marry him.in our next weekend away. ( After previously saying he would NEVER marry again). So. Am child free this weekend. I have 2 friends ( wow ) one is married and does family stuff and other lives in London. Went NC with family after dad died and I saw that they were only after what they could get ( sister was eyeing up fridge freezer and asking for step mums engagement ring whilst brother was eyeing up the pc dab radio and TVs THE DAY AFTER THE FUCKING FUNERAL!!)

Anyway , sorry for the rant - hit me with ideas to keep me and my mind busy ( I have sciatica so nothing too strenuous please!)
Tia

Now is the time to write that book you've always had in you. You'll be raw with emotion and energy, the writing will be cathartic.
Force yourself to write 800 words every day and it'll be done in three months.
