Why do I feel this way? Is it normal?

I’ve had a horrendous month, which came to a head last week. Things are resolved now in a manner, but I feel like now things are okay, that the bottom has fallen out my world. I Feel like I’m in shock, or I’ve been punched. I don’t understand it though, things are okay now, so why do I keep crying and feeling so shite?

How can I deal with this? I just want to hide away.

It's a common reaction to stress. During the shite storm your mind and body struggles on, focuses on just getting through. Once the shit storm stops, brain and body reside they can now let go and....... whack.... it's like being smacked in the face with a wet fish.
I get awful stress migraines. But about 3 days after all the stress is over.
