Am really cross about being charged a call out fee which I wasn't made aware of. Long story short I contacted someone to come out and look at my pc which I think has a damaged hard drive. Guy came out and looked at it and said it was something else completely different which I had already tried and only at that point informed me there was a call out charge. I contacted him after receiving the invoice and said it was misleading. He said that the confirmation email detailed this but it doesn't say anything about call out charges just remedial works and even his website says no call out charges. When I said the language was unclear/ambiguous he kept talking over me and then when I did the same told me to stop talking and then hung up the phone!
I know he has spent time coming over but I feel really cross about not being informed and his attitude.....
