So after the most incredulous ordeal I escaped a horrific ex. Pretty much endured abuse for 15 months . Last few incidents were extreme violence. Had to leave flat with young baby. Social services involved and due to being high risk been warned not to return. Now the CF wants me to pay the rent I owe since I had to flee in March!!! Spoke to solicitor few months ago - will need to go back again
What rights does he have? He claims I am breaking the law and being dishonest and ungrateful to him
