Want a relationship but don't know where to start

I'm in my mid 20s. I have Autism and struggle to make and form friendships along with everything else that comes with it. I've never had a boyfriend or a relationship. I never used to want one but recently have decided that I do want to meet someone. The trouble is that I really don't know where to start Blush I hoped I might meet someone at work but the only person I liked isn't interested in me. I looked at online dating but got some weird (strange) messages back and was put off. I don't go out drinking or to party's and struggle to socialise generally. What else can I do to try and help myself meet someone??

I know it can be weird but I'd persevere with online dating. There are decent people on there, it's just finding them. The weirdos, just ignore and block. I met my fiance online, match.com is really good 😊good luck!

Hi dont know if this is any help, but there are dating sites for autistic people. ( If you wanted to specify, you may not). I know because my brother has autism & also finds socialising a problem at times. We put a search into google, although in the end be didnt go ahead.
Good luck x
