We keep bickering!

It is bickering, but my does it escalate quickly to an argument!
Mostly looking for advice from new parents on how to stay sane and still be a decent person when you've slept for 2 hours.

I love DP rather a lot, however we can't seem to exchange two civil words on a tired day!

Any advice?

If I'm annoyed with my OH - usually because I'm tired - I take 2 seconds to think before I answer or say something. I make myself remember I'm only annoyed because I'm tired and it's not his fault. This has benefitted me, as I'm more positive, and definitely our relationship. Hope this helps!

I tend to try and breath and calm before I snap. It is SO hard. My baby is 10 months now and it's a lot easier. Try to get time to yourselves too.

However when he says how tired he is, i still want to throw kitchen items at his head.

Oh @FrozenMargarita17
That's what has done it today. Apparently he's 'exhausted'
