Yes, these are part of the process of grieving and moving on, but I want to stop the thoughts that I'll never meet anyone again, I'm going to be alone for years to come, I didn't feel this for 10 years, so I won't feel it again for another 10 years.
Bit fed up with my life, am making changes, but it's all slow.
