post break up negative thoughts

Yes, these are part of the process of grieving and moving on, but I want to stop the thoughts that I'll never meet anyone again, I'm going to be alone for years to come, I didn't feel this for 10 years, so I won't feel it again for another 10 years.

Bit fed up with my life, am making changes, but it's all slow.

Feeling low.

Any tips on how to snap out of it?

No tips, in exactly the same boat, except I really won’t meet anyone else.

Hoping people with tips come along soon.

But my ex didn’t seem to have a these negative thoughts as he has met someone immediately. Literally. Long intimate sounding phone conversations very late at night for weeks and weeks, while we had to live in the same house.

you're not alone. so many of is on the NC thread. I start counselling tomorrow. have you considered? Or can try CBT? plenty of resources online and on YouTube. plus the usual.. new hobbies, socialise, work on self esteem etc (although I feel I've been doing that for 9 years now. hey ho)
so easy for people coupled up to flippently say that. harder to do!
You can also try a journal to keep track of your feelings?

I know several women who live happily without a partner. So many opportunities open up. Solo's holidays where you want to go, without having to consider anyone else.
