Tripped and fell in front of one of the elderly residents today, bloody rain and wet patches

Does anyone else feel completly fat and klutsy feel like everyone else looks better than you.

Hubby away and having desertion type paronoia, desparatly trying to loose a bit of weight for when he comes home.

Am 9,12 this morning but living on Apples and Muller Light.

Not sure how long can keep this up for

Uh yeah but i am only 5"4 so not very tall. Short and stout springs to mind.

Why how heavy would you call fat?

I have rolls like everyone else and post baby belly oh and half filled beanbags for boobs

At 5.4, 9.12 is a perfectly healthy weight. Your BMI healthy range would be 8.3 to 10.6. You could lose a few pounds, but don't need to.

I went back to WW tonight and weighed in with just over 3.5 stones to lose . All my own fault but I am really pissed off that I let it get that far...
