Grovel Time - I need to show darling wife how much I appreciate her

10 weeks ago I had my ankle broken and had to spend 4 weeks in bed, my gorgeous wife has looked after me amd our 2 little uns, 40mths and 20 mths all by herself. To add to this already mammoth task we moved to a new house last week and she did half the packing and all the cleaning, she was brilliant.

what did I do, well I acted like 99% of all men, moaned about not being able to help, things not getting done and was generally a pain in the arse.

I have finally seen the error of my ways, how can I show her how much I love her and appreciate everything she has done, i really want to spoil her but cant take any of the jobs off her as i am still in plaster and will be for another 6 months,so what else can i do

ie get a cleaner 2/3 days a week,
send ironing to be done professionally
massages
choclates
etc

please help me come up with things a women would appreciate and not what a miserable git of a bloke would think of.

oh and a one off gift as well.

Spa weekend, or short residential cookery course if she's keen on that kind of thing ?
