Lady leans forward over man, hingeing from the hips so that both torsos, penis and vagina are all parallel and clitoris is touching man. LOL, efficient as in simultaneous orgasms within a couple of minutes. Not really long enough to call a workout, you need to bounce up and down in a more perpendicular style for that .
