will he feel better about it when she is home? or might she not be coming home?

talcygoneorange · 13/05/2007 12:53

Iphoned him last week, he's living with her atm.
It was an difficult conversation, he was guarded.

what does he think you want from this, except to meet a relative you didnlt know you had? of course you don;t want her to die, this is a horrible situation, can you ask him again? write to him?

DH'S grandmother had MRSA (which I assume you mean) She survived it at the age of 92 ! Then died a couple of mnths later due to a water infection

talcygoneorange · 13/05/2007 13:46

She had pneumonia
Now has some kind of tummy bug

Have spoken to her on phone many times,
not since she's been ill.

Difficult 'cos he says that we can all meet up when she is better.

What can i say?

Had an email this am
from her daughter
she is a little better!
Still in hospital, but better!

ratclare · 14/05/2007 09:28

she might have clostridium difficle as a result of the antibiotics given to treat the pneumonia ,happens quite a lot, they then treat the clos diff and hopefully she will be right as rain

talcydoesjacksparrow · 14/05/2007 14:46

thanks ratclare

hope so!
Apparently she has been suffering since the pnuemonia.
