Sex and pile, ouch

I have a new partner, have only been with him a month.

I've come home today with a really sore bum. I can feel a lump outside (sorry) which throbs and feels like a pile that flared up in pregnancy but went away again. It isn't inside, it's on the outside.

I've dosed myself up with an anusol suppository and cream this afternoon, it feels so sore. I can't get in with my go for nearly two weeks grrr.

Anyway, would the swelling be noticed during vaginal sex in a dark environment? I'm paranoid and it isn't something I want to share with him right now. We don't do bum stuff lol so I don't need to worry about it being touched, more just would it show up? Sooo annoyed, I've been single for years then as soon as I meet someone this happens

I'm wondering which position is best or if there's anything else I can do to shrink it down.

Sorry I’m sure that’s painful. I wouldn’t think it would be a problem. If anything you may have some discomfort. Flowers

I sometimes get farmers but they don’t stop me going for it. If DH has noticed he’s never mentioned.

I'd advise against sharing personal information to anyone responding to this thread Hmm

Sorry I didn't make myself clear, it's definitely a pile as it's right by the anus. I've never had one this big before, it feels like a small grape and wasn't there yesterday. I want to cry.
