Self-esteem app / course?

I posted a few days ago about a relationship which was making me feel a bit insecure. (trust issues) Not made a decision yet on what I'm going to do, (I have a feeling he is going to finish with me anyway though) but my self esteem is pretty low after a long unhappy marriage and thanks to some advice from you lovely mners, BadTasteFlump and pallasathena i did a bit of digging on how to work on my self esteem.

I found an app which is a 12 week course. Each week has a different track to listen and work through. You can buy it (£11.99) or some local authorities can supply free log in details so might be worth checking - mine did. It states in the blurb that a study on the app found that mental health improved significantly after 4 weeks and remained better at 6 months.

Hope this helps anyone else who just can't seem to see their own self worth or believe anyone would want to love them :(

Its called "Feeling Good" and describes itself as positive mental training. It also has a few "confidence boost" tracks which I'll use to get me started. If anyone wants to download and join in I'll be starting it on Sunday :)

Can't advise on that one but the best book I read (and yes, it changed my life) is The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem by Nathaniel Branden www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007JK9BAY/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1&tag=mumsnetforum-21
