Hi

I got dumped when I was 27 weeks pregnant and left for another girl at work, me and my ex have been civil but I am getting annoyed seeing him every week as I feel it's delaying my healing process I just want to go a good while without seeing him, and hes been putting his new gf first and lieing saying he cant have him on this day cause hes working but hes actually been seeing her, so I was thinking about doing a handover contact centre, can someone explain to me how it works and any advice, thanks

Didn't you just post the other saying you wouldn't be using a contact centre? Stop using your child as a weapon, contact centres are for cases where the ex is abusive or a risk to the child. This is not the case here.

You can do handovers at a contact centre so you don't have to see the ex
