Counselling due to separation in Scotland

I have had a look online but can't find much info. Relate doesn't operate in Scotland so not sure where to start. I'm looking for counselling for myself, have asked OH before and he just isn't interested. I'm now convinced I need to go through with separation but am really struggling emotionally. Is there anyone on here who is in Scotland and has been through the counselling? Any advice or info would be much appreciated.

Yep- relationship Scotland is the equivalent of Relate. They can do couple work, individual and also family mediation as well.
Hopefully they will be helpful in finding support for this time.

If there is a bigger waiting list you could always get some private counselling just for you as you wouldn’t need couple counselling if going alone- any qualified counsellor should be fine for working through your feelings.
What area of Scotland are you in? There are some free or reduced price services available but often they have longer waiting lists.
