There is a CAO for Ex to see the DC but it was based on his proliffic lies and ordered essentially for me to take the DC to see him 6 hours away. I have posted re this many times.
Long story short DC were emotionally and psychologically abused resulting in my DD ending up with CAHMS and psychiatrist.
Both DD and DS school confirmed children were not he same after seeing their father and his GF in the summer, He has refused to come and see them and insists i take them to him (kids don't want to go and he is a bully and V controlling, He also has nowhere for them to stay)
Just got a court date for enforcement order - what is likely to happen - I feel i have school, Dr and abuse counsellor support. (Have evidence i have tried to facilitate contact but on the children's terms
