I have NCd for this.

I've been talking to someone I met online for the past couple of weeks. Last week we arranged to meet for a drink tonight. Now the day is here I am so nervous!

I'm also excited but I'm worried we won't be the same in person. How do I calm myself down?!

I met my fiance through online dating. You'll have loads of fun. I expect he's nervous too!!

Ok, well he's just a dude . A person like you and he's probably also nervous.

Wear something that makes you feel fab and confident. Maybe a small glass of wine before you go, but don't get pissed!

I'm in the same situation OP. Date with a new guy tonight. Really want it to go well.

I will be following pp's advice ... wear what I feel great in and have a small glass of wine before I go!

Best of luck and do update tomorrow Smile

I also met my fiance through online dating. I really enjoyed meeting new people but learnt it was best to set my expectations fairly low, that way I wouldn't be disappointed if they weren't exactly how I pictured them in my head.

If I was you I'd get dressed up in my favourite outfit and treat it as if I was meeting a friend and just see what happens. I hope you have a lovely time. I had lots of fun dating
