Imo unless you have dc together then staying friends stops you moving on.

What sort of 'friends'??
Does he want a FWB type thing?
Do you NEED him as a friend?
How do see a 'friendship' panning out with him?
I doubt any good will come from this.
Block, ignore, delete and move on.
You deserve better than this and you know it.
