I’ve been single for 2 years now (struggling to get over my ex). Anyway my friend signed me up to match.com, I didn’t asker to but she thought I would be a laugh, thought I may as well give it a go. 30 minutes later I have 3 messages. First one telling me he’d like to sleep with me because I remind him of his sister? Second one wanted me to call him and tell him what I was wearing! Third one, do I want to go with him to Greggs on Valentine’s Day? Add the fact that all their pictures look like prison mug shots. What is wrong with people and where are all these good men I keep hearing about? 😩

It's a numbers game for every lovely sane man you will get approx 1745 weirdos, it's not for the fainthearted OP but I wish you all the sister luck in the world just had a seemingly great bloke ask me do I come noisely because he can't unless I do he seemed great but onwards and upwards my fellow dating friend 😁

I think it's getting worse .

I rarely speak to anyone online who doesn't drop hints about "popping round" after a few messages . You ask what they are looking for and it's almost like they all have a script " I'm just looking ATM , easy going really "
Which means they are hoping you offer them sex .

I think I'm doing something wrong . I feel sorry for the good looking girls they must get hounded ha !

I've been single 4 years and hardly ever get to the point of conversation where a date is suggested ...
And if they do it's usually followed by "il come round yours with a takeaway"

There are nice women and men out there. I was looking on tinder for about a year before I found my DP. Had a lot of creeps messaging me in between and time wasters over that year. It's funny now in hindsight , enjoy the process xxx
