Going through a bad patch and I'm starting to look at options.
Can anyone talk me through our likely divorce?
Situation - I'm 37, he's 46. No kids together. I have teenage sons, one of which is leaving home for uni in July. Youngest is 17.
We both work. He has a pension, I don't (at his request, I know!). We own the house jointly but he put £22k into it at the start, I put £2k into it.
Been married two years, living together for 5.
Can anyone predict an outcome of a divorce settlement?
