Any advice appreciated WinkGin

Hey @Mellodrama

  • I think that the best thing to do is to be yourself. The worst thing you can do is try to impress others by trying to be someone you aren't- eventually it'll wear off and you'll be yourself anyway and others may notice the change.

Be yourself, I'm sure it'll work in your favour.

You be what works for you, of course. But in my experience, the women that try to be 'the cool, laid back girlfriend' are the ones that usually put up with all sorts of terrible behaviour, feeling like they can't do anything about it or walk away because it's at odds with the image they're trying to put across.

Be yourself. That is the coolest thing you can be.

The coolest people I know, don't give a shit what anybody else thinks of them tbh.
The try-hard 'cool' people, well,... it's sad, really.

Like who you are, respect yourself and demand respect from other and own who you are.
