What could I say to Ex?

Ex has refused to pay maintenance or anything else for nearly 3 years now.

I have had to pay school fees (with bursery and family help) but am going send him the bill with a note saying...?

How about "I am giving you the chance to do the right thing and contribute to the school fee's so in years to come you can t say I didn't try to include you"

or can you think of something better?

or shall i just save the cost of the stamp?

Are you in the UK?
Does he work?
Why isn't he paying by CSA if necessary?
Why have you waited 3 years?

He wasn't in the UK and didn't have to work (as he had loads of money).

However he started work in June and CMS are finally actioning something so i should get some next month - not holding my breath though as he will probably just quit or more likely get sacked!

I wouldn't bother if I were you. Waste of a stamp. What a loser.

ha ha - yes i'm thinking that now.
