Husband nightwear

My husband, years ago, always slept in boxers until a couple of years ago started wearing pyjamas. A couple of days ago we had a mutual friend staying with us, who literally wears a short t-shirt to bed, flashing her skimpy knickers and he's started going back to wearing just boxers again. Should I be offended?

I dunno..should you?😂

In the event that this is actually a real situation tho - if they're playing you flash me & I'll flash you, why on earth couldn't you simply say to him & guest separately, that they need to cover up please?
Errm are you all in the same bedroom...

ClaryFray · 20/01/2018 08:02

Sounds rather odd. Why would anyone skimp around someone else's house.

NotSuchASmugMarriedNow1 · 20/01/2018 08:07

How on earth do you know what your house guest wears in bed?????

OakIsBetterTho · 20/01/2018 08:07

... what?
My main question here is why did your houseguest think it appropriate to wander about someone's home in their pants, but the point of the post isn't that I suppose. I don't know what relevance your husband choosing to sleep in boxers has, and I certainly have no idea why you should be offended by his choice of nighttime attire unless it's a tshirt with 'I think TinaMena is a poohead' printed on it.

NotSuchASmugMarriedNow1 · 20/01/2018 08:09

Oh. Was she walking round your house in a t shirt and skimpy knickers then? In this freezing weather lol.

I think she's after your hubbyWink

PlateOfBiscuits · 20/01/2018 08:11

I’m jealous of how warm your house must be if she can go to bed like that.

ShatnersBassoon · 20/01/2018 08:12

You think a few days ago a woman in a T-shirt rekindled his desire to be bare-chested? There must be some logic in there, but, well...

Greatestshowgirl · 20/01/2018 08:14

Are they both wandering around the house like this?

Argeles · 20/01/2018 08:14

I wouldn’t have been happy with the mutual friend walking around like that. My DH also wouldn’t be happy if we had a man staying at the house walking around in his pants.

I’d have offered her some pyjama trousers to wear whilst walking around if we were of similar size. If not, I’d have asked her to wrap a towel around her bottom half.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 20/01/2018 11:26

This is all rather odd, and the OP hasn't come back!

Paperdoll16 · 20/01/2018 13:08

😂

That is all.

user1493413286 · 20/01/2018 15:27

I’d find my friend going about the house in front of my husband like that a bit odd. Maybe it just reminded him that it felt more attractive to sleep in boxers.

Offred · 20/01/2018 17:16

Wuuuuuut?! Confused

mumzuki · 20/01/2018 18:27

That's it. You're friend and husband have inspired me. I'm sleeping naked from now on.

mumzuki · 20/01/2018 18:29

You're friend? No, your friend. I'm still foregoing my pyjamas in solidarity though.

AtrociousCircumstance · 20/01/2018 18:35

Is she still staying with you? If so, YANBU. He’s trying to signal attraction. To her.

leftwiththedognow · 20/01/2018 18:42

Tell her to put some fucking clothes on. Who does that in someone elses house? Confused

Fentonspike · 20/01/2018 19:13

OP do you want some tales of underwear to fap to?

Thistlebelle · 20/01/2018 19:16

Your friend has no manners but I fail to see how it is in any way related to your DH’s clothing choices.

flumpybear · 20/01/2018 19:18

Maybe he wants a piece of you WinkShock

PortiaCastis · 20/01/2018 19:25
