Has anyone gone to Relate?

Can I ask what it was like and how you get an appointment? Is there a waiting a list and is it expensive?

Hi look on their website for relate near to you call them for an appointment. It's about £55 per hour.

If you do go, make sure you like and trust your counsellor.

The more flexible you can be with times of appointments, the quicker you can see someone. Evenings obviously get very booked up.

As an alternative, you could find a trained non-Relate counsellor who’s local to you and specialised in relationships - I think it’s BACP, the website, where you can search for accredited people. This may be quicker than Relate.
