Was this rape

Ive had years thinking this was my fault but now I don't know if it was or not. I was led on OH's (at the time) sofa, he pulled my leggings down, I wasn't comfortable so said no and pulled them up. He ignored that and pulled them down and went on to have sex with me (took my virginity) and I led there and took it for about 20 minutes. Was this rape...

Yes, it was! And he's entirely at fault! Flowers

You said no and tried to physically bar his access to you, what other hints could he possibly have needed to understand that you were not consenting?

Yes it was, Flowers

It's not too late to do something about it if you feel the need to talk to people in RL about it. You could start by talking to rape crisis - they will be very sympathetic.

Whether or not you report is entirely up to you, and very much depends on whether you think it would help you or bring you closure, but the police are increasingly taking reports of historic rapes and sexual assaults seriously.
