Co parenting/emotionally abusive ex- is there no end

Anyone else in the same situation. Does it ever end or get easier?
I have an 18mth old...he lives with me. My ex is becoming more and more erratic, and i feel also mental health issues. He is relentless...threatening to report me to social services....slap the face of me...sitting outside my house when not supposed to even be here.
I am done....

Ring the Police. Get an incident number. Start keeping a diary, notes on iPhone?

Thank you..i have done twice and have a diary too...have solicitor onto a residence order out of fear....just wish he would leave me alone. I am getting stronger...its just all consuming at times...
