Managing feeling after a break up

I won't go into the ins and outs - basically a big argument in the festive period has lead to my partner ending things after a really happy year together. I'm grieving at the moment, and full of regret for the fight, but trying to pick myself up and get on with normal life.

Any tips for healing and moving forward with life after losing someone you still love?

Sorry this is happening to you. Be gentle with yourself. Do things that bring you comfort. Don't put pressure on yourself. Talk to someone you can trust and let people care for you, if you if that's possibleFlowers
