Hi all.

My husband's family always stick their nose is our business and it's starting to really piss me off.

They still tell him what to do, he's old enough to know what he's doing.
Now they've started talking about MY finances - where it's got absolutely NOTHING to do with them what comes in and out of my bank account 😡
It's starting to really put a strain on our relationship! He's even said to me that he can see his family splitting us up! The way things are going we will probably split up which is not what I want because I loves him loads.

I tell him to stop telling his family everything because he's adding the fuel to the fire and they are putting 2 & 2 together and coming up with 5!!

I just don't know what to do anymore, I'm at my wits end. 😫😭

For your relationship to survive you need boundaries that his family and your DP respect.

Doesn't feel like my DP family does respect us 😐

Give him some scissors and tell him to cut the apron strings. There is no need for his dps to know his private business..

Your DP needs to act like an adult and not tell them any of your relationship details.

It's his fault for providing them with information about your finances.

Perhaps better to know how he handles them now...before you get married...or have kids.
