Feeling Stupid

For drunk-dialling ex-boyfriend (4 month no-contact) and then sending a Happy New Year email.

He blocked me when we broke up so I used 141 and a different email address.

I'm feeling like an undignified idiot!

Yep definitely delete the email account if it was one created just for this - you don’t want to be tempted again. Nor do you want to be obsessively checking for a reply that almost certainly either won’t come or will be horrible (he’d have contacted you already if he wanted you back)

Remember this feeling of mortification as it’ll stop you doing it again! Then forgive yourself for being drunk and lonely at New Year and let it go.
