I was wondering if you are open to the idea of couples counseling like this: www.regain.us/.

I'm nearing the end of my rope after 19 years of marriage. This is my last attempt. If it doesn't work, I don't know what else will. Anyone here who have done couples counseling?

This doesn’t generally work as well as it would if you both have individual counselling too-with a different counsellor! Don’t try that with the same couples counsellor-there will be conflict somewhere!
