Relate couples counselling?

Hi everyone.

"D" H and I separated recently.

He has moved out and as far as I am concerned, it's over.

He has begged me to do relate couples counselling before we completely throw in the towel and go forward for divorce.

Has anyone ever done relate couples counselling? Did it help? I just can't see that it will bring my feelings back or help me want to make this marriage work.

If you've does this, your thoughts would be great.

Thanks.

Any third parties involved? Sorry don't know your backstory.

If he is abusive or a bully then don't go to counselling together no.

If he isn't and it's just over sometimes the counselling can be as much about splitting amicably as it can about getting back together
