So I’m being told to “grey rock” my stbxh

I’m in the process of divorcing him due to him being emotionally, financially and sexually abusive

He says I’m being abusive in using the silent treatment

Which is it? Abusive or self preservation?

There is nothing abusive about disengaging with an abuser. Let him get his drama fix elsewhere.

Well done, carry on and good luck. Smile

It doesn't matter what he thinks. It matters that you're saving yourself.

Don't be drawn in. What he's saying to you is literally designed to make you drop grey rock. Don't let him win this or you will be destroyed.
