Are you looking for a good book ? One that you can read to over 30 days? If so I'd recommend a series of books, but it depends on what you like to read.

Hey! Join the 30 day nc thread. It has helped me lots. I can suggest the book its called a break up because its broken. I am on day 6 of no contact and getting stronger by the day! Grin

Sorry, there is a book which details the thinking behind the 30 day no contact rule when you are experiencing a difficult break up with an emotionally abusive ex. Hope you (or anyone) can suggest?
