Advice please ladies, we are drifting apart , long hours , no intimacy, separate rooms , but still friends. I feel alone and on the outside all seems good, I want out and just to be civil , ( work together so don't want akwardness) no kids , but I have no familiy .just want both to be happy . Why iam I delaying?

I think your best bet is to open up to your partner. You may be surprised how they feel and this may be easier than you thought. If things are as disjointed as you describe, I would be very surprised if the feeling isn't mutual
