Eventually... escape.. how many years later?

Divorce is in process. I am planning my getaway. It's bloody awful. Everyone tells me I am doing all the right things, the police, my IDVA, WA, my gp, the schools, my solicitor.... Yet the lights are on but I am absolutely alone. I have had my 2nd outreach appt with WA cancelled and I am fed up. I am drugged up to the eyeballs so I don't explode or implode.
I am thinking of getting a caravan since I have been looking and looking for rental accomodation and there is nothing. I have animals as well.

Sorry no advice as I am a good behind you in the leaving process but it definitely sounds like you are doing the right thing xx

easy, no advice but I'm planning my escape too, and also looking at a caravan. I could afford to buy one, also (and most important) I could take the dog. I really couldn't bear to leave her.

Yes it's the animals, isn't it. It's so bloody difficult to find out what to ask and who to ask and how to proceed. I may ask at the school if they are able to help re local farmers who may let us set up. My car is tiny and without a towbar.
I see nothing awry about spending 6 months in a caravan. Shelter, warmth, water from somewhere. Children, Dogs! Safety!
